10 Year Structural Framework Warranty
When you choose a Datum product, you have no reason to fear structural failures because our 10-year structural framework warranty will back your product. With this particular warranty, you can rest assured that your product is protected for a decade with access to repairs as needed. If you are experiencing issues with your product, our team of professionals will provide repairs on any structural failure caused by issues or wear-and-tear over time. This warranty, however, does not include structural failures from natural causes or for any other reason not caused by workmanship.
Paint
At its sole discretion, Datum will warranty its products that are painted at one of our facilities. This warranty applies if there is flaking due to workmanship on 10% or more of the products. This does not include any areas of a framework that have been scratched, altered, or penetrated by a third-party or customer.
Fabric
Datum purchases only the highest quality fabrics from industry-leading partners. Please refer to the particular fabric manufacturer and distributor warranties for information on the various fabric warranties.
