Can You Provide Me A Pricebook?
We do not offer price books to our customers because all of our shade structures are custom-made to order. However, we can quickly provide you with a personal quote! The reason why we do this is that we do not want our customers to be unclear about the cost of their projects.
Is There A Maximum Projection For Aegis?
Yes, the maximum project for Aegis is 10 feet.
Will I Be Provided With Installation or Assembly Instructions?
No, because unlike most of our competition, our canopies arrive fully assembled. This step is made because we don’t want our customers to have to worry about the assembly process. Our goal is to ensure that you can enjoy your new shade structure as soon as possible!
Will you Install My New Canopy?
Because we are a wholesale manufacturer, we do not perform installations for our customers. However, we can easily connect you with a local awning company in your area that could install your new canopy.
Can You Provide Me With Engineered Drawings?
Yes, we can provide you with engineered drawings! We would be happy to supply you with sealed site-specific engineering drawing for any one of the 48 contiguous states.
How Many Hanger Rods Are Required For Each Canopy?
Every shade structure project is custom made. Since building codes and building requirements often vary between projects, this also includes a necessary consideration of the arms spacing. We just ask you to send us project drawings so we can answer your specific questions and address the particular needs of your space.
